• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with Rest Assured framework.
• Knowledge of API testing principles (RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, status codes)
• Ability to design and implement automated API test scripts.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)

Responsibilities

1. Lead the testing team in planning, designing, executing, and reporting on test activities

2. Implement and monitor test strategies, plans, and processes using agile methodology

3. Conduct test case reviews, ensure traceability, and prioritize testing activities

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve issues

5. Automate test cases using selenium for efficiency and accuracy

6. Monitor and analyze test results, defect tracking, and test coverage metrics

7. Provide timely and relevant updates on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders

8. Mentor team members on testing best practices and agile principles
