Your Role: Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect

As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing,

and implementing a custom Salesforce solution. You will play a critical role in defining the

systems architecture, leading end-to-end development, and mentoring the team. This is a

hands-on, leadership role perfect for someone who is not just a developer but also a strategic

problem-solver and architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning

Web Components (LWC).

• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP

APIs.

• Establish and manage a CI/CD pipeline with Salesforce DX, Git, and Jenkins/GitHub

Actions for streamlined deployments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather

requirements and define technical specifications.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices and

continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and security

guidelines.

What Were Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years in Salesforce development, with senior-level expertise in solution

design and architecture.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Proficiency in Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong architectural mindset with proven ability to design scalable solutions.

Creative & Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with an ownership-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud-native DevOps practices.
