Senior Salesforce Developer

• She/He led the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Perform code reviews and conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the maintainability and quality of developed solutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to provide innovative and efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Salesforce implementations and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced user experiences within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong command over Salesforce Admin and Development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot.
• Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
