Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 2-3 days WFO)

Notice: Immediate to 15 Days (Max)

CTC: 26 LPA

Top 5 must have skillsets:

• Building user profiles, permission sets, and groups

• 6 + years of relevant experience required.

• Exp or knowledge in Experience cloud is must.

• Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how to business stakeholders and other counterparts in IT
• Able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer when flows do not work as expected or user's experience in the system does not align with trained process
• Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality
• Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Designs, configures, and tests various Salesforce Modules
• Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
