Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring timely delivery, code quality, and skill growthManage customer communication, understand requirements, provide technical clarity, and ensure satisfactionDevelop and maintain scalable codebases, including new framework design, enhancements, and production-grade pipelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to align development goals with business objectivesEnsure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practicesIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in live systemsDocument architecture, workflows, and key decisions, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and maintainability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must for this role.Effectively conveying ideas and creative concepts to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their vision and objectives.6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.Proven experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.Proven experience in client handling and managing a tech team.Experience with server-side frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask).Proficiency in cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB).Experience in developing CI/CD pipeline, data pipelines with best practices.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity for critical and creative thinking.Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS)
