Senior Python Developer

As a Senior Python Developer at one of the leading Gen-AI powered SaaS companies in Chennai, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Python applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features, using technologies such as Flask and FastAPI. Your role will also involve designing scalable solutions with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra, integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Additionally, you will apply design patterns for scalability and maintainability, write unit tests, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop & maintain high-quality Python applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & deliver new features. - Build applications using Flask, FastAPI. - Design scalable solutions with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). - Integrate and develop RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Deploy & manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Apply design patterns for scalability & maintainability. - Write unit tests (unittest, pytest) & participate in code reviews. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. Requirements: - 3+ years in Python development. - Strong experience with Flask / FastAPI / Django. - Hands-on with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). - Proficient in Git and version control best practices. - Knowledge of multithreading & concurrent programming. - Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong problem-solving & communication skills.,
