Senior Java Developer

About Position:

Seeking a skilled Java Kafka Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, real-time data streaming applications. I must be proficient in Java, Apache Kafka, and microservices architecture. Experience with Kafka Streams, Spring Boot, and distributed systems is preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications integrated with Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Build, deploy, and manage Kafka clusters and related infrastructure using DevOps practices.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and infrastructure to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka environments and applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm as part of the DevOps toolchain.
• Implement best practices around code quality, security, and operational excellence.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
