Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead

Role Overview

design, development, and implementation

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java/J2EE applications.
Lead the design & delivery of multiple modules across releases.
Drive requirement analysis, technical design, and architecture discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, secure code using
OOP principles
&
design patterns
.
Develop and integrate
RESTful & SOAP Web Services
.
Build and maintain solutions using
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate/ORM
.
Ensure high-performance, scalability, and availability across applications.
Conduct peer
code reviews
and maintain adherence to secure coding standards (OWASP, PCI).
Mentor and lead a team of developers; resolve technical blockers.
Work with tools like
JIRA, Git/SVN
, and servers like
WebSphere, Tomcat
.

Technical Skills Required

Core Java (7/8/11), J2EE
Servlets, JSP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate/ORM
Microservices architecture
SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design

Application Servers: WebSphere, Tomcat
Version Control: Git, SVN
Defect/Project tools: JIRA or similar
UI framework exposure: ReactJS / Angular (good to have)
