Senior Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-performance enterprise applications. Your expertise in Java and related frameworks will be essential in building and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a global team. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, writing clean and efficient code, and performing code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, optimization of application performance, scalability, and security, as well as mentorship of junior developers are also key aspects of this role. Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and documentation of technical designs and processes are expected. Core technical skills required for this role include proficiency in Core Java (8/11/17), expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data), experience in developing and consuming RESTful Web Services and SOAP APIs, proficiency in Microservices Architecture, and hands-on experience with SQL Databases and ORM tools. Additionally, exposure to Cloud Platforms, Containerization, CI/CD tools, Message Queues, NoSQL Databases, Unit Testing frameworks, and DevOps concepts are considered good-to-have skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential soft skills for this role. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, relevant Java certifications, and immediate availability for joining the team.,
