Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with experience incloud-native development,mainframe integration, andmodern Java frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise inSpring Boot,Hibernate,AWS services, andcontainerization technologies, along with a solid understanding ofmessage queues,inter-process communication, andsystem integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications usingJava,Spring,Spring Boot, andHibernate.
Build and integrateRESTful APIsand services withAWS cloud infrastructure(EC2, ECS, S3, SQS, Lambda).
Implementserverlessandcontainerizedsolutions usingAWS Serverless FrameworkandDocker.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate withmainframe systems(e.g.,ICL VME) and legacy platforms.
Work withSQLandNoSQL databasesfor data querying and persistence.
Ensure secure and efficientsystem interfaces,data exchange, andmessage passing.
Participate incode reviews,performance tuning, andDevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science,Information Technology, or related field.
58 years of experience inJava developmentwith strong knowledge of:
- Spring Boot,Hibernate,Java frameworks
- AWS services(EC2, ECS, S3, SQS, Lambda)
- SQL,S3 programming,data querying
- Containerizationandserverless computing
Experience withmainframe systems,inter-process communication, andmessage queues.
Familiarity withmulti-paradigm programming,software development best practices, andsystem integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience withvirtualization,cloud-native architecture, ormicroservices.
Exposure tomainframe operations,middleware, orlegacy modernizationprojects.
Knowledge ofDevOps tools,CI/CD pipelines, andinfrastructure as code (IaC).
