Senior iOS Developer

Role Overview: Join Ajmera Infotech Private Limited (AIPL) in Ahmedabad as an iOS Developer and be a part of the team responsible for shaping mobile experiences that save lives. You will work on building FDA-compliant, SwiftUI-first apps for a billion-dollar health-tech platform, focusing on ensuring that the software runs seamlessly on iPhones and iPads used globally by clinicians and patients. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain high-performance iOS apps in Swift, with a strong focus on SwiftUI. - Lead the migration from UIKit to SwiftUI and implement MVVM / Clean Architecture patterns. - Integrate REST/gRPC services, WebSockets, and Bluetooth Low Energy devices for seamless user experience. - Optimize the apps for battery efficiency, memory management, accessibility, and security. - Write unit, UI, and integration tests, advocating for TDD and CI/CD practices. - Conduct code reviews, mentor mid-level engineers, and ensure adherence to style guidelines. - Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to achieve sprint goals and compliance requirements. - Contribute to the mobile release pipeline, manage App Store deliverables, and monitor post-release performance. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of iOS development experience, with at least 3 years in Swift, possessing a strong understanding of SwiftUI components. - Proven expertise in SwiftUI and Combine for production-level app development. - Hands-on experience with MVVM, Core Data, Core Bluetooth, URLSession / gRPC, and Background Tasks. - Proficiency in unit/UI testing using XCTest, XCUITest, and static analysis tools like SwiftLint and Sonar. - Familiarity with App Store submission process, TestFlight, phased release strategies, and crash analytics tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry. - Solid understanding of Git, code review processes, and Agile-Scrum methodologies.
