About the Role

You are joining Graphik AI to lead the technical development and architecture of the custom AI solutions we build for financial institutions. You'll be the key player ensuring our systems are not just innovative, but scalable, secure, and production-ready for enterprise banking environments.

You'll own end-to-end client implementation, working closely with the Founders and the Client POCs to turn requirements into delivered software solution.

We need a developer who thinks in systems and treats AI as a co-pilot. You should be fascinated by using AI tools, agents, and sub-agents (like Cursor) to make your own development work faster and higher quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications
• Own the full development lifecycle for RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and clean documentation (JSON standard).
• DevOps and Infrastructure: Manage and maintain application deployments, utilizing your knowledge of AWS and practical DevOps principles (CI/CD, monitoring).
• Champion best practices, lead code reviews, mentor junior team members, and drive initiatives to reduce technical debt.
• HighActively integrate and leverage AI tools (like Cursor) into your workflow to achieve maximum development speed and quality.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency with Pythong and/or Node.js for backend development and experience with React (or a similar modern frontend framework like Angular or Vue).
• Hands-on experience with DB Server and database design
• Proven experience designing and building secure, performant RESTful APIs and working with JSON data structures.
• Practical experience working with AWS services and implementing basic CI/CD/DevOps workflows.
• Genuine Interest in leveraging AI tools, agents, or co-pilots (like Cursor) to significantly fast-track your coding output.
• A strong problem-solver, a collaborative communicator, and someone who thrives on owning projects from start to finish.

Bonus points

• Hands-on experience orchestrating Vision AI, Voice AI, or Advanced OCR with LLM systems.
• Proven ability to use AI coding assistants (like Cursor) to 10x your output and efficiency.
• A portfolio of personal or open-source projects demonstrating you AI playing field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
