Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment consultancy partnering with a fast-growing fintech start up focused on empowering India’s self-employed and gig workers through daily digital savings and investment tools.

Role Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile features end-to-end.
Ensure app performance, responsiveness, stability, and secure data handling.
Convert wireframes into polished, intuitive UI.
Integrate backend APIs with proper authentication, caching, and error handling.
Handle lifecycle events, offline/low-network scenarios, and local storage.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
Contribute to architecture, modularity, and scaling best practices.

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong years of mobile development experience.
Strong Android/Kotlin expertise with shipped consumer apps.
Experience with Android SDK, MVVM/Clean Architecture, DI, async programming.
Strong understanding of UI/UX patterns and performance optimization.
Experience integrating APIs, caching, secure data handling, offline-first behaviour.
Product-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced start up environments.
Bonus: Experience with Swift/iOS.
Experience in fintech or consumer apps is a plus.
