Dear All,

We are presently looking for Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager Operations for Bangalore location for training department.

Experience

Qualification :-

Job Responsibilities :-

To establish, implement and maintain full compliance of quality management system documentation for Training Services.
Management of accredited products like IRCA / Exemplar Global / FSSAI
Quality Assurance of accredited/ unaccredited training.
Streamlining existing products to comply with corporate guidelines and to achieve standardization.
Identify gaps in existing training content and bridge these gaps with the assistance of SMEs.
Reviewing the print quality, formatting and presentation of Training material provided to participants and standardization of the same.
Verification/ Development of existing & new standardized and customized content based on requirements
Maintenance of the developed content with regards to the revisions in reference standards and latest market trends.
Monthly reporting of gaps in the training contents and actions taken.
Continual Improvement in Training Services executions process
Bringing 100% control in each aspect of Training Services
Ensuring 100 % Compliance of Training Excellence across branches.
Identifying gaps in Excellence Software w.r.to Training services/ updating the same with the support of IT Team

Attributes :-

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Good knowledge of ISO 17021 Guidelines
Knowledge of managing Accreditation Audits
Knowledge of handling Compliance Matters
