What You'll Build
We are looking for a Developer who would engineer solutions that meet with SAP's quality standards. In this role,you will work very closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, Designers and Domain Experts, in an Agile working model.
- Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific product features in a development team.
- Ability to analyse and solve issues in existing and new code.
- Investigate, analyze complex problems; and resolve critical content related issues for S/4 HANA customers.
- Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrates a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.
- Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team
- Experience building highly available, secure and scalable enterprise products
- Assume additional technical, organizational or coordination tasks or roles, as required
- Experienced in test driven development and agile development.
- Has basic knowledge of products and processes with limited design responsibility
What You Bring
- 8-12 years of experience in software development & strong educational qualifications (Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA from reputed institutes)
- Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in Design, coding, testing and delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, robust and performant applications
- Good Reasoning, Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient Knowledge of core ABAP, Knowledge of ABAP OO, HTML5, SAPUI5
- Development in HANA using CDS views, Strong focus on Database and experienced in writing scalable SQL.
- Developing UI Annotations part of OData service definitions
- Collaborate with designers and domain experts and to Work in a diverse team applying Scrum and agile development
- Follow the standards and coding guidelines and apply standard processes in development
- Experience or functional knowledge in Retail/Consumer Industries
- Good communication skills with team members, stakeholders and customer
- High level of commitment towards ownership of product/topic will be the key for success
- Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role
