Senior Business Analyst

• Create, iterate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and driving business or product recommendations

• Develop a deep understanding of the business/product and partner with business stakeholders/Product Managers to identify the key metrics to be analyzed and tracked for the problem

• Identify and present actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging to influence the direction of the business or product

• Constantly monitoring and analyzing metrics identified, publish insights and anomalies along with hypothesis/RCA

• Understand business implications of area at hand and structure analysis accordingly

• Build customer facing dashboards within the product; understanding product metrics which could provide insights to the customer, writing logics and creating dashboards to represent the metrics

• Working with engineering/data platforms on designing, building and deploying data analysis systems for large datasets and fulfilling requirements for the identified metrics

Requirements -

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Analytics

• Proven Technical, Analytical and Quantitative skills

• Proficiency in Analytics visualization tools like SQL, Excel, AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Superset, LookerStudio

• Strong communication skills and comfortable in working with various functional teams

• Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas

• Ability to work with ambiguity of problem statement

• Data-oriented with a strong grasp on excel/spreadsheets
