Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations to ensure accurate accounting practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining basic accounting compliances, handling tax-related compliances like GST and TDS, and preparing various financial reports within stipulated timelines. You will also be tasked with preparing comprehensive MIS reports using advanced Excel functions, creating detailed financial statements, conducting cost analysis, monitoring cash flow operations, and developing budgets and financial forecasts to identify areas for improvement. In terms of system management, you will operate Tally ERP software for daily accounting operations, maintain accurate data entry, ensure system integrity, and generate reports for management review. To qualify for this role, you should hold an M.Com, B.Com, or MBA in Finance, with professional accounting certifications being an added advantage. You must have 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles, with preference given to those with experience in the hotel industry and handling complete accounting cycles. Mandatory technical skills include advanced Excel proficiency, Tally ERP expertise, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Preferred skills include CRM software proficiency, knowledge of other accounting software, and an understanding of industry-specific accounting practices.
