Summary:As project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project to ensure its successful completion. You will be responsible to maintain, track, and report program activities, including progress, issues, and changes in priorities. Also, escalate risks and obtain approvals for changes in timelines or deliverables as appropriate. Additionally, manage resource capacity for the Program Management team and facilitate changes and service requests to drive the overall program. Coordination activities between various teams and reviews and validates the upgrade program, ensuring projects are closed within stipulated timelines with desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop an overall program project plan for the definition of requirements, project deliverables and phase-wise success/exit criteria- Maintain, track, and report program activities including, progress to completion, issues and changes in priorities- Escalate risks and obtain approvals for changes in timelines or deliverables as appropriate- Manage resource capacity for the Program Management team- Facilitate the changes and service requests to help drive the overall program- Govern the coordination activities between SI/OEM and the client IT/Security teams- Review and validate the upgrade program (as shared by the relevant team/ vendor)Work plans, Assumptions, dependencies and Governance approach-Weekly / Monthly Project Progress and Performance reporting to program leadership- Enable and support/drive project to closure within stipulated timelines with desired outcomes.- Identify gaps & suggest mitigation steps for closure.
