Scrum Master

Job Description- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals. Scrum Master Duties: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations. Ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile principles and practices. Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Track and optimize team velocity and sprint performance. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
