As a Jira Administrator with expertise in ScriptRunner and eazyBI, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the Jira platform for our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include the following: Managing Jira Administration: - Take charge of day-to-day Jira administration tasks such as project setup, workflows, permissions, screens, custom fields, and automation rules. - Provide timely support to end-users and project teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. - Conduct system upgrades, plugin installations, and migrations as necessary. - Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into Jira configurations. Working with eazyBI Reporting: - Design and implement complex reports and dashboards using eazyBI. - Develop custom calculations using MDX queries and manage data sources effectively. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics for Agile, DevOps, and business reporting purposes. - Automate eazyBI imports and monitor report performance for efficiency. In addition to these responsibilities, you are required to have: - At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator. - Strong expertise in ScriptRunner for Jira and Groovy scripting. - Proven experience in building advanced eazyBI dashboards and writing MDX queries. - A solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and their application within Jira. - Familiarity with REST APIs for Jira integrations. - Experience with Jira Service Management would be advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
