Script Writer

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Script Writer who can craft short-form, engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad creatives. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of social-first storytelling, knows how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds, and can write for both organic and paid content formats.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling, concise scripts for:
• Product showcase videos
• UGC-style content
• Founder/influencer-led storytelling
• Educational and trend-based videos
• Hook-heavy ad creatives
• Collaborate with the creative, video, and strategy teams to align scripts with marketing objectives and brand voice
• Stay on top of Instagram trends and adapt formats to brand-specific content
• Revise scripts based on team or client feedback quickly and effectively
• Occasionally develop content outlines or video concepts for larger campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in script writing for social media, advertising, or digital content
• Strong grasp of viral content formats, short-form storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating social-first scripts and successful campaigns
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of eCommerce, DTC brands, and digital marketing is a major plus
• Ability to write in different brand voices and tones

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
