As a Resident Hardware & IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for computer hardware, software, and networking-related issues. Your duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems, performing installation and configuration of operating systems and application software, as well as setting up and maintaining LAN, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
