Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and customize the SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing) modules.
Participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support data migration efforts and ensure accurate financial data in SAP.
Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants (MM, SD, PP, etc.) for integrated solutions.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
Document configurations, functional specifications, and test cases.
Monitor and resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
7 years of total & hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration with other modules.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
