SAP Data Architect

As the SAP Data Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the process and tools for data migrations across divisions. Your responsibilities will include establishing a process for master data maintenance & data dictionary across the SAP landscape, defining policies, standards, and rules for various data management activities, as well as defining policies and data standards for security, quality, availability, and appropriate data retention. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and monitor the operations of the data governance organization - Review the process and cutover of major data activities - Work with functional and IT counterparts to implement data governance policies - Drive corrective measures to ensure compliance with data governance policies - Lead project management, technical architecture design, and technology strategy - Advise management on technology purchases and future projects - Analyze, design, code, test, implement, and maintain IT solutions - Support and resolve problems for client users - Evaluate and implement third-party software solutions Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in managing data within SAP ECC - Track record in defining and implementing data governance strategy - Leadership skills in both business planning and IT - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Project management and organizational abilities - Knowledge of SDLC, infrastructure architecture, and design patterns - Working knowledge of Database, Erwin, SQL, Informatica, Teradata - Analytical and problem resolution skills - Quality and cost-driven mindset - Ability to use Six Sigma tools for driving change Furthermore, the company operates in the IT/Computers-Software industry and the role requires a B.E/B.Tech degree.
