Salesforce Technology Architect

As a Salesforce Technology Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, guiding, and delivering scalable and high-performance technology solutions across Salesforce platforms. Your strong technical leadership skills and ability to work independently will be essential in serving as a subject matter expert within cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define architectural approaches, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide technical direction during implementation. Your expertise will shape the technological direction of projects and contribute to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep ownership of architectural solutions. - Lead and actively participate in technical discussions with development and cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust architectural designs. - Provide solutions to work-related technical challenges and guide teams on best practices. - Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and technologies to optimize development processes. - Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and capability expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: - Strong proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Expertise in Apex triggers, synchronous & asynchronous Apex classes, and Aura or LWC frameworks. - Experience with Salesforce integrations across external systems. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Good to Have: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Ability to evaluate architectural tools and frameworks and recommend improvements.
