Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Omnistudio Developer with strong hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, and Integrations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in building OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures along with solid Salesforce core development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using 

  Omnistudio components

   such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
• Develop UI components using 

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Write scalable and efficient 

  Apex classes, triggers, and test classes

  .
• Build and manage 

  integration solutions

   using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with Salesforce security standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with 

  Salesforce Omnistudio

   (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Raptors, IP).
• Excellent knowledge of 

  Apex

   (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers).
• Strong experience with 

  LWC

   development.
• Knowledge of 

  Salesforce Integrations

   (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, External Services).
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model.
• Experience in Agile development is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Omnistudio Developer certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Telecom or BFSI project experience (if relevant).
