The role involves assisting in the development and customization of Salesforce applications, supporting configuration tasks, participating in coding activities, collaborating with team members, and maintaining documentation of system changes and technical specifications. You should have a basic understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and CRM concepts. Exposure to Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning is beneficial, and familiarity with object-oriented programming is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. It would be advantageous to have Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer 1 Certification and experience in Salesforce or any CRM tool through internships or academic projects. This position requires 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Technical skills, with additional skills in Salesforce Functional and Technical areas.
