Salesforce Functional Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in the Manufacturing/Automotive domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in performing the role of a product owner - Good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud - Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience is a must - Understanding of Dealer management and Order management processes - Knowledge of Salesforce, including basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and capabilities - Experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation - Familiarity with project management methodologies, Risk management, Project planning & tracking - Testing functionalities as per requirements - Conducting UAT with business users and providing trainings - Understanding of Sales and Service management processes - Leading or conducting requirements management activities to ensure changes are well understood and approved - Leading or conducting solution assessment and validation to ensure specifications meet business needs - Strong communication skills Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, is committed to empowering societies worldwide and enhancing business productivity.
