Salesforce Development Lead - Sales & Service Cloud

As a Salesforce Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices. - Leading and contributing to the development of enterprise-level architecture using modern frameworks like fflib and universal mocks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure code. - Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards across the team. - Driving the adoption of development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Proactively identifying technical issues and offering effective, scalable solutions. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities. - Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). - Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with development frameworks such as fflib and universal mocks. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) are a plus. Additionally, preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems. - Prior experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries.
