Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage version control systems for OmniStudio components. - Develop and enforce a Git branching strategy and pull request review guidelines. - Utilize Salesforce CLI and OmniStudio Build Tool for component management. - Establish CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodeBuild. - Automate deployment processes and manage environment configurations. - Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve deployment practices. - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. - Customize and configure Salesforce Industry Clouds, specifically Energy & Utilities Cloud. - Implement and optimize Salesforce integrations with external applications and APIs. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality software. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL. - 2+ years of DevOps experience, focusing on CI/CD, release management, and automation. - Expertise in OmniStudio, EPC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other relevant technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Strong understanding of Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures. - Knowledge of environment management practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements, architect scalable solutions, and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are highly desirable. - Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies and development practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
