Realatte Ventures is a fast-growing organization focused on leveraging technology to streamline business processes. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM tools, ensuring smooth integrations, customizations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Lightning applications.
• Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, batch processing, scheduled jobs, and Aura components.
• Implement and optimize SOQL & SOSL queries for data management.
• Manage Salesforce data migration tools to ensure seamless data transfers.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
• Proficiency in LWC, Apex development (triggers, batch jobs, scheduled tasks, Aura components).
• Strong experience with SOQL & SOSL queries.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce data migration tools.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and process automation.
• Salesforce certification (PD1/PD2/PD3 preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Experience:

• LWC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Apex Integration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PD - 1 certification (Preferred)
