About the Role:

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to implement Salesforce solutions
  
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and development phases
  
• Design and build scalable and reusable Salesforce components
  
• Develop and configure integrations between Salesforce and external/custom applications
  
• Implement third-party solutions from the Salesforce AppExchange
  
• Maintain and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices
  
• Communicate project status and resolve technical roadblocks in collaboration with internal and external teams
  
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for current Salesforce applications within agreed SLAs
  
• Recommend and implement appropriate use of declarative tools vs. custom coding (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
  
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years

  of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong command of

  Visualforce, Apex, LWC (preferred), Aura Components

  , and

  API programming

• Experience in

  Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

  implementations (minimum 3 years)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  
• Proficient in declarative development:

  Flows, Process Builders, Workflows, Validation Rules

• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  ,

  Change Sets

  , and

  source control

  (Git, ANT, Metadata API)
• Exposure to

  middleware/integration tools

  like

  MuleSoft

  ,

  Cast Iron

  , or equivalent
• Familiarity with the

  Agile methodology

  and iterative development practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and recommend scalable solutions
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
• Bachelor’s degree in

  BE, BTech, MCA

  or equivalent
• Salesforce Certifications:
  

• Platform Developer I (PD1)

  – Required

• Platform Developer II (PD2)

  – Preferred

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

  – Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in greenfield Salesforce implementations
  
• Exposure to

  Quip Advanced

  and related integrations
• Familiarity with

  Sony Pictures Entertainment

  domain or creative/media workflows (added advantage)
