Role:

The Sales Operations Intern is primarily responsible for leading Lead Generation, Lead Management and Reporting operations for SaaS and tech companies

Responsibilities

• Define buyer persona, discovery checklist
• Draft and iterate the email & Linkedin cadences
• Research and pre-qualify prospective client organisations using Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc
• Identify decision-makers and key influencers for outbound prospecting, draft outreach messages
• Reach out to identified prospects through LinkedIn and other channels as required
• Followup with interested prospects through various channels, including LinkedIn, Emails, Chats etc
• Data validation, cleanup, reporting & dashboards using sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot etc
• Daily reporting on outreach, conversion and demo calls scheduled
• Update CRM with outreach and lead enrichment data, as required
• Lead funnel exception reporting and Insights
• Create documents in MS excel, Word and PPT as per requirements

Skills

• Excellent written & spoken English skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesForce/Hubspot, SalesLoft/Outplay/Klenty, Lusha would be a plus
• Proactive, high energy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
• Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills

Location
