Job Description

The Sales Intern will join our Sales team as a committed and deadline-driven individual. You will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and providing assistance to the Sales department when needed. It is essential that you can follow instructions, yet also work independently when necessary. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a willingness to learn extensively about the company and identify opportunities that others may have missed. Successful Sales Interns are problem solvers who understand the importance of fostering long-term, professional relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Manager or designated staff member to fulfill all assigned tasks, researching and compiling lists of potential customers, attending meetings and workshops, aiding in the development of customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, updating documents and sales records, observing sales processes, and pinpointing potential areas for improvement. As a Sales Intern, you must be a recent graduate with a major in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business. Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level is required. Strong self-motivation, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, resilience in the face of rejection, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to remain composed in fast-paced environments are essential qualities for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and a Provident Fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work schedule comprises day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and morning shifts. The work location is in person.
