Job Description

As a Sales Executive for the project, your main responsibilities will include order booking, maximizing sales revenue, adhering to budgeted time for selling, ensuring sales collections, promptly addressing customer queries and issues, and enhancing sales team productivity. In a strategic capacity, you will be expected to actively contribute to the sales strategy formulation and implementation for the project, conceptualize and launch sales initiatives to boost order bookings, monitor market trends and competitor actions to safeguard existing sales and exploit future sales opportunities, as well as manage resources efficiently, drive cost reduction, and achieve targets. On the operational front, your duties will involve generating leads through calls and references, proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote the project, promptly responding to sales inquiries to increase sales conversions, collaborating with other departments such as Sales Admin, Engineering, and Legal on customer queries, establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing key customers and partners, negotiating and finalizing deals with customers, ensuring sales staff productivity, overseeing daily sales activities, managing the team and resource allocation effectively. This is a full-time position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the preferred experience for this role is a total of 1 year.
