Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
Manage customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
