SALES COORDINATOR

URGENT HIRING :- IMMIGETLY JOINING.

Location: JHANDEWALAN NEW DELHI

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, preparing sales reports, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks to support the success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal use.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal departments and external clients.
  • Handle inquiries from customers, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
  • Track sales targets and provide necessary administrative support to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of promotional materials and proposals.
  • Maintain inventory of sales materials and samples.
  • Support marketing and trade show efforts when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Background in [industry-specific knowledge if relevant, e.g., retail, manufacturing, healthcare].

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with standard working hours.
  • Occasional overtime during busy periods.
  • May involve occasional travel for events or meetings (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
