Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Educate clients on the causes and available solutions for Treatments
• Understand each clients expectations and recommend appropriate procedures and products using visual aids to set realistic goals.
• Set and track daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly reviewing performance against objectives.
• Drive studio growth by achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and work collaboratively as a strategic business partner to achieve shared success.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Preferred age: 32 years and above.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a sales role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Consultative, one-on-one sales approach with a client-first mindset.
• Experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) through in-person consultations.
