As an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Invoicing modules, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing technical integrations in complex enterprise ERP ecosystems. Your role will involve handling critical integrations, custom development, and performance enhancement activities independently. You must have hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle APEX, along with proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database optimization. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing existing integrations, resolving functional or performance issues, and implementing changes to support business growth. This position requires more than just support tasks. You will be involved in diagnosing, designing, developing, and stabilizing components of the Fusion environment while collaborating with technical and functional teams. Understanding business processes across O2C and finance domains will be crucial for delivering scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP migration activities and integrations. - Ensure technical stability in Oracle Fusion modules and applications, especially in Order to Cash and Invoicing flows. - Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide long-term resolution strategies. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Fusion processes and PL/SQL components. - Design and implement custom reports using BI Publisher for various departments. - Build and maintain solutions using Oracle APEX for seamless interaction with ERP backend services. - Contribute to change management, deployment efforts, and documentation of solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing and support. - Drive improvement of technical assets and codebases for maintainability and resilience. - Ensure technical implementations align with industry best practices and security frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5 to 6 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, focusing on Order to Cash and Invoicing. - Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and troubleshooting integrations. - Experience in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects. - Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports and Oracle APEX. - Deep understanding of Oracle Database architecture and PL/SQL. - Capability in performance tuning and debugging. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and collaboration abilities.
