Company Overview:
We are a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company that partners with staffing firms to help them find and hire the right talent efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our recruitment team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various job requirements
• Communicate with clients and understand their hiring needs
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment data and daily reports

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good understanding of basic computer tools (MS Office, email, internet)
• Ability to learn fast and work in a team
• Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage, but freshers are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
