• Project Role Description:

  We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript (or TypeScript), React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of modern front-end development practices, state management, and UI performance optimization.

  Chennai WFO



• Shift:

  6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (9 AM to 6 PM EST) Monday to Friday

• Design, develop, and maintain React-based front-end applications.


• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.


• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.


• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and data services.


• Implement state management using tools such as Redux or React Context API.


• Work with build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn) to streamline development and deployment.


• Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.


• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.


• Strong knowledge of React.js, including hooks, component lifecycle, and props/state management.


• Experience with Node.js for server-side integration and build tools.


• Hands-on experience with Redux, React Router, Webpack, and Babel.


• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.


• Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and continuous integration tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).


• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based data exchange.


• Understanding of performance optimization, lazy loading, and code-splitting techniques.

• Experience in Oracle SQL / PL/SQL.


• Experience with Next.js or React Native.


• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.


• Familiarity with GraphQL and API integration patterns.


• Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, or cloud deployment environments (AWS, Azure).


• Knowledge of UI libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.


• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years focused on React.js.


• Proven experience in delivering production-grade applications using modern front-end technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and mentorship.


• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
