Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor- Workplace, you will collaborate with the project team throughout the pre-tender and execution stages. Your primary responsibilities will include tendering, project cost control, and documentation management related to projects and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Create BOQ estimates based on set drawings and develop a detailed budget accordingly - Conduct market analysis to determine current material rates before floating tenders and requesting quotations - Monitor and control project costs from inception to completion - Possess knowledge of vendors/suppliers to support comparatives and analysis in vendor selection - Perform periodic cost analysis on project status and explore alternative solutions to manage project budgets - Maintain comprehensive documentation for total compliance regarding design, contractors, legal matters, and other aspects as per company standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS professional in the building construction industry - Relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects - Diploma or degree in quantity surveying/construction management or a related discipline - Familiarity with individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs - Proficiency in adopting digital and technology initiatives - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality and ensuring customer satisfaction - Capability to work well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision Company Details: You will be a part of a company that values teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
