Quant Analyst

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting research projects related to factors, strategies, portfolio construction, and risk models. Your tasks will include collecting data and ensuring its preparation for cleansing and factor analysis. Upon analyzing and interpreting the data, you will be expected to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, part of your role will involve interpreting the results, presenting them to the team, and refining models based on the feedback received. You will also be responsible for running scripts and processes for existing quantitative models, as well as participating in manager selection and portfolio construction activities. Furthermore, you will play a key role in assimilating data for reporting purposes and preparing decks for presentations. The tech stack utilized in this role includes R and Python for programming, along with SQL for data manipulation. Experience with creating dashboards and websites is also valuable, with expertise in UX/UI design using React, JavaScript, and HTML+.
