QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution

1. Review system requirements and create test plans.
2. Develop and execute test cases to ensure product stability.

• Automation & Scripting

1. Build and maintain automated test scripts.
2. Identify opportunities to improve test automation coverage.

• Bug Tracking & Resolution

1. Identify, document, and track bugs.
2. Collaborate with developers for issue resolution and re-testing.

• Process Improvement

1. Enhance testing workflows and ensure QA best practices are followed.
2. Analyze test results and provide feedback for product enhancements.

• Security & Performance Testing (Optional but Preferred)

1. Conduct basic performance and security testing.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing tools.
• Hands-on experience in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks Python with Playwright is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with short sprint cycles
• EdTech domain knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
