Quality Analyst

Job Description:

• Coordinate with the designers and assist in creating sampling specs for new designs.
• Knowledge of human body and how different fabrics fit on body is pre-requisite.
• Cross check all new designs with given sampling specs & mention all issues.
• Make the process flow of garments and put check point for garment grey areas.
• Work together with designers during Dummy fit process & make sure that desired look is achieved in sample.
• Provide Grading Sheet for approved samples, which will be followed in production.
• Ensure all the details & if any issues which can happen in production, is conveyed properly to vendors beforehand.
• Cross audit all requirements of styles given by merchants & designers in style file.
• Generates the team spirit, motivation, education and awareness among the Q.A tear members.
• Ensure a consistent product quality and conformance of customer standard and specification.
• Co-ordination the external quality inspection like inline, pilot, mid-line and final inspection.
• Responsible of production quality and finishing standard of the style allocated.
• Pilot run in first pcs for checking and correction of pattern.
• Knowledge of sewing and attachment is also pre-requisite.
• Should have knowledge of Indian body chart for Men, Women & Kids

Experience Required:

• 2 – 4 years
