Job Description

As a Financial Reporting professional in Bangalore, your role will involve leading or supporting various FAAS projects such as IPO, SPAC, PPA, Carve-outs, and Fresh Start accounting. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, MD&A, GAAP/IFRS conversions, and accounting policies. Additionally, you will conduct technical accounting research, governance, remediation, and readiness activities. Your contribution will be crucial in driving process optimization, reporting transformation, and data integration initiatives. It will be essential for you to document current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows. You will also play a key role in supporting reporting template design, data connectors, validation rules, and UAT. Training delivery, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing team performance will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client engagement, and practice growth. Qualifications required for this role include being CA/ACCA/CPA qualified with a strong exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP.
