QC Analyst

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our QC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products to ensure they meet predefined quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk, and finished products.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and batch analysis.
• Perform stability testing and report any deviations or non-conformities.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Investigate and document any out-of-specification (OOS) or product complaints.
• Work with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain updated knowledge of applicable quality regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, BIS, etc.).
• Assist in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
