QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test cases, plans, and reports.
• Perform manual testing of web applications, including functional, regression, and UI testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Execute cross-browser and responsive design testing to ensure compatibility.
• Validate data integrity between frontend and backend systems.
• Log, track, and manage defects until resolution.
• Work with developers to reproduce and verify fixes.
• Assist in implementing basic automated testing frameworks over time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (manual or mixed).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Strong proficiency in manual testing of web applications.
• Experience with API testing (Postman / Insomnia).
• Familiarity with ReactJS or other frontend frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Understanding of Git and version control practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Laravel Dusk).
• Experience testing Laravel-based web applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD or test pipelines.

Soft Skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced development cycles.
• Proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
