Job Title: QA Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, methodologies, and processes.
• Create, review, and execute test cases for new products and enhancements.
• Develop reusable automation test scripts using TypeScript and Playwright.
• Perform API testing for SOAP/REST services using XML/JSON formats.
• Validate SQL database structure and perform data integrity checks.
• Test cross-platform optimization for mobile and web applications.
• Create quality measurements and KPIs to track product improvements.
• Document defects, issues, and report findings using JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance product performance.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.

Required Skills:

• 6–9 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Playwright for automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Postman and SOAP UI for API testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Management and SQL queries.
• In-depth understanding of QA standards, testing processes, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain is an added advantage.
