QA Automation Engineer

NOTE: This is completelty work from office role in Gurgaon, Please apply only if you are Local to Delhi/NCR and can commute to office regularly. Must have 6 + Year of Exp

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Perform functional, regression, and black-box testing for web and enterprise applications.
• Conduct manual testing to validate complex scenarios and ensure complete coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Optimize automation processes to improve test efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to overall quality best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 7–10 years of total experience in Software Testing (Automation + Manual).

· Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG/JUnit.

· Good understanding of functional, regression, and black-box testing techniques.

· Practical knowledge of manual testing concepts, including test case design and execution.

· Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).

· Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) is an advantage.

· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
